Lauren Fugate is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been for over 10 years. She has worked with both children and adults, in areas including trauma, crisis intervention, depression, anxiety, and a wide range of mental health issues. She is certified EMDR, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. Lauren has worked in many settings including  non-profit mental health, in-patient facilities ,outpatient facilities, and schools. Lauren has a passion for helping people find connection and empowerment so they can find joy and fulfillment in their daily lives.

Lauren is also an Approved Clinical Supervisor for Licensed Professional Counselors in the state of TN. She provides supervision to pre-licensed clinicians to who are working towards licensure.
